umesq started with a simple frustration: battery-powered sensors kept dying at the exact wall, floor or fence line where cable and cellular ran out. We build the mesh networking technology that removes that limit, so any sensor can join a network anywhere its battery can reach.
umesq is a team of wireless and embedded engineers who design mesh networking technology for people who need sensor data from places wires and cellular signal don't reach. We build our own protocol stack, our own radio modules and our own gateway software, so a customer can start with an evaluation kit and grow to a licensed stack on their own hardware without changing how the network behaves underneath them.
We work with a growing network of distributors and integration partners who bring umesq modules and licensed stacks into their own products, from sensor manufacturers to gateway and systems-integration companies. Our modules and partners span the regions our radio variants are built for — Europe, the Americas and global 2.4 GHz markets — so support and stock are never far from where a project is running.
