APPLICATIONS

EV charging

Connect charge points, load-management sensors and payment terminals across car parks without trenching.

← All applications

A typical car park or depot deployment covers dozens to a few hundred charge points, plus the load-management sensors and payment terminals that go with them. Charge points mesh with each other rather than each needing its own trenched data line or SIM, so one backhaul connection can serve an entire site. That shared network is also what makes site-wide load balancing possible, without which large charging sites can trip the building's power supply.

THE CHALLENGE

Networking chargers across a car park usually means trenching for data cable or per-charger SIM contracts.

THE MESH SOLUTION

Chargers mesh with each other; one backhaul connection serves the whole site, including load balancing.

TYPICAL DEVICES
