Plant deployments typically run from a few dozen nodes on a single production line to several hundred across a full site, monitoring vibration, temperature, pressure and energy on equipment that was never wired for sensors. Dense node placement lets the mesh route around steel structures, tanks and machinery that would otherwise block a direct radio link. Because installation needs no new cabling or process downtime, plants can add monitoring during a normal shift instead of a planned shutdown.
